I think to get what I am saying you have to work directly with these tools to really see the advantages. Not only in the original design but an involvement in the day to day set-ups.
One example would be to understand the best seat to use at a circuit. Most people will just go with the one that came with the kart. But is it the best at all circuits. You may imagine you have the best setup from testing, but if the seat were optimised then maybe you could get even more.
Also on a Gillard chassis the tortion bars are left off in Minimax. Maybe that is not the best way. Maybe it's a soft seat with one of the bars fitted....who knows.
