Seems highly unlikely, as most of those types of kart are quite rare and worth quite a bit. And most of them are litterally a bare frame with an engine haha, cant see the insurers being to happy with that!

Ofcourse im just assuming all of this, to be sure try contacting forest edge kart club, as they may be able to provide you with the number for the historic kart club that do demonstrations sometimes there.
