i think your wrong when you said its against the law and can only be changed in parliment, i also think your wrong saying theres speed limits even on closed roads. There was a road rally on near us at the weekend and NONE of these cars where under the national speed limit, i think a few of the 6R4's and MK2 escorts even doubled the national speed limit. have a look at the link....
