It would appear to be dependant on the venue too. I was comparing Buckmore Park's and Rye House's SRs last night and they differ greatly. RH states those that caused the red flag cannot restart, whereas BP suggests they can, but from the back. Are race officials made aware of these SRs at each track and then expected to apply them accordingly, or do they follow standard MSA guidelines? If it's the former then that's where all the clouding of the water is occuring.
