The new cadet engine will not be raced until 2013.

Anyway, if there is to be an extra class, like Super Cadet, then the obvious class structure should be

Cadet (whatever engine) - 7-11
Micromax - 10-13
Minimax - 12-15
Junior Max - 13-17
Senior Max - 15+

Put MicroMax and MiniMax on Super Cadet sized chassis.

The starting age of 7 makes sense because it will increase the number of license holders and many of these kids are racing non-MSA anyway. It will also bolster grid sizes where the extra class will dilute them. The overlap in age ranges gives people the option when to move. Apart from cadet, your chassis can be used across two classes with the engine across three.
