if you hold a MSA licence of any kind then the CoC can put points on it, fine you or pass the offence up to the MSA steward to suspend the licence for 30 days and have him report you further up the chain of command if it is deemed nececery.

Maybe the MSA should ensure that the child can only be named on one PLG licence in any one year therefore stopping the situation of dad losing his licence and the getting mum to apply for another so that the child can still race.
