Following our last outing, I have become concerned about slow drivers and safety, and I would be interested to hear other people's opinions. Nobody wants to discourage beginners, or spoil people's fun, but there is a serious safety issue here. On our last outing, we witnessed two nasty accidents, one during practise, and one during a race, and the incidents seemed to be a direct result of the faster drivers coming up suddenly on a much slower driver. There will always be faster and slower dirvers, but if the slower driver is more than 10% slower than the fastest drivers, and if they are being lapped within 5 or 6 laps, has something gone wrong with the safety procedures?
