Please tell us what experience you have in design, manufactuer, sales and delivery of low volume items.
I assume you are an expert in that as well and will know INTIMATELY what it costs to design and produce the spikes, insure the production, estimate the likely sales and return and the cost/profit ratios which make the task viable in the first place, fund the up-front costs, pay for the 'warehouse' storage and transportation, provide replacements for those which fail, stock 'spares', handle the VAT considerations...etc., etc., etc., and it's THAT knowledge that tells you you are being over-charged, is it....?
