Not sure about East Anglia champs but for the festival its:

-Friday all day testing (usually 4-5 sessions)
-Sat am practice / PM Timed Quali
-Sunday 3 heats / 2 finals

Cant remember if a few heats are squeezed in on the Sat pm or not.
