Hi Danlee,

If you are certain the chassis is ok early on then the kart is likely to be cooking the rear tyres, first things to check on an 010B is that the seat is a Soft one(preferably Tillett VG), a softer axle will look after tyres more, and full mags will do the same.

If you had a problem on corner entry for the entire session i would say to much front end grip so maybe reduce castor or apply some negative camber. But from what i have read, its the rear tyres overheating.
