Only 3mm below the chassis rail.

How about having an engine that is ONLY 1cc bigger than it is suppose to be, or the kart is only 500g under the weight limit.

Its not a new rule, it is a simple one to check from both a driver and scruitneers point of view.

Maybe the lad did drive really well, and this is not performance enhancing, but the kart is not compliant and therefore correcly removed from the results.
