3mm might not be preformance enhansing but it IS a SAFETY issue i have had a disk shatter as i was going from a high speed streight into a hard braking corner needles to say a very painfull escursion to the tyre bariers was the result.

as said previously im sorrt for the lad but unfortunatly at S1 level especialy the rules have to be seen to be enforced consistantly across the board.
