small testicals was never a viz feature, however it is a msa thing, if they dont have the b###s to change things they will never make it right.
too many fingers in pies comes to mind, i am fully aware that ppl i spk to sit the abkc, and am still of the opinion of who r they,, they shud stop robbing the sport and do one, the msa shud be the only ones organising and distributing any national champs.
only when the msa takes controll and gives the sport some direction and a governing body to look up to will karting thrive again.
