I'd also like to see a recent preferably good driver who knows the tracks to do some commentary and provide driver input as DC and Brundle do. I'd do it for free but I'm in the US (and might not count as good).

Another idea which is probably too expensive is to use the Mychron camera's on a couple of karts and get g traces and speed traces to with onboard coverage.

Show wise I'd personally rather have the whole race then a very short highlights package. From a drivers point of view you want whole race. From a selling karting point of view some of them get a little boring (i think you follow the leader a little too much sometimes).
