I totally understand your point but I have to say again that each chassis type will go off at a different rate. For example, some Gillards are very sturdy and Toni's are very flexible so the answer will be different. then the power of the engine going through the frame will have a difference. Like minimax 17HP or Senior 32HP. Plus the weight effect.

To be practical around this is to either rent a new kart of the same make to see if yours has gone off or buy just a frame for yours to keep the cost down. Then just transfer the bits over.

I am interested in the answers you get as I am in the same boat for next season.
