we are having a similar problem with engines and their builder and we have been informed both in person and on here to contact the other person IN WRITING first and foremost stating all the facts, we have also taken our engines + 2 others all from the same builder/servicer to a 3rd party for inspection for back up and now await a response from the builder/ servicer , but with the evidence etc we have ,if this is not resolved i will most definatley name and shame on every kart website i can !
