Hi, your best bet is to get onto some track websites and check their testing schedules, may need to use google translate on some of them. I know Castelletto (in Italy) is open most non-race weekends for testing and the whether will be good at the time of year you're considering going.

If ferry costs are too high, Italy might be a better/cheaper country to drive to than Spain as you can go through Belgium & Germany and avoid French Tolls.
