What gave me this idea: the fact that I have visited a clerk and had a lengthy discussion over this particular matter, which came down to the conclusion that I stated in my earlier message.

Those are the rules set out in the blue book. Very frequently, those are not the rules that are adhered to by CoCs. As I mentioned before, go by the clerk on the day.

P.S. I would appreciate not being told that what I've said is wrong if you don't even bother to read the whole of what I said. I was merely speaking from my own experience, of which I have had some in this area...
