Mmmm. Living in the area I don't think that that idea will go very far regardless of the apparent enthusiasm of the proposal. One of the main drawbacks is the location in that the likelihood of losing meetings to fog and low cloud.
Another major UK motor sport organising clubs senior oficials also have viewed the proposal with skepticism.
