I sent our applications off on 20th December. Got e-mails to say they have been processed and are on their way. Money went out of the bank last night.

Bottom line is we don't have them yet but all seems to going OK.

I guess the key here is to check if they have taken your money yet. As that seems (over the years) to happen before they send.
