a kart driver (any class) goes off in the first heat and beats everbody by an unrealistic amount, second heat the same, third and final also. I assume the scruts are going to be checking after each event but they dont find how he or she has got the gain. Do the scruts continue until they find the gain, which can be time exhausting or does common sense prevail and the COC intervene and diqualify the driver under some MSA law created for this particular situation, or is everybody innocent until proven guilty, and the driver can continue racing all season until he is found out. And does the same answer apply to non MSA?
