Chris - I've put a 3mm thick piece of anti vibration rubber matting inbetween the engine and the mount, also strips of rubber along chassis rails where the engine sits so that should sort out the vibration/ chassis snapping etc. Dont think that woulsd be legal in MSA ha ha. Hope you get ya kart sorted by Sunday morning.
I used to strip my kart after EVERY meeting, removing EVERY nut and bolt and clean it all up, check everything, lube everything, its amazing what you will find when you strip a kart to bare chassis. You remember how clean and shiney my JKH used to be ?
