3 strips in 5 weeks suggests diferent tracks, and this usually means different scrutineers.

As has been said, as they have done a "proper" check once, they are less likely to do it again and just use less invasive testing.

Of course, unless you absolutely destroy the opposition somewhere, then they might well check again.
