having observed this the coc claimed to have warned the driver in heat one also but you are warning an 8 year old not an adult. No one else complained about the starts only about the coc.!! this ruined the boys weekend. Plus being allowed back into the race was odd. Did find the coc would not look into incidents unless you paid Ł108.and this happened to several on the day. Is this a lazy coc??? or procedure??? if you want standards to improve they have to be able to sort out problems without the driver incurring costs.or the problems just spill into the paddock and do not stay on the track.drivers feel they have to deal with the issues themselves.we all felt sorry for the Honda cadet
