at last months meeting the clerks suspended 3 licences and handed out over 20 exclusions along with numerous warning flags

at Sundays meeting there were around 15 exclusion s or place penalties applied again along with at least 30 warning flags and at least one black flag handed out by the clerks.
when incidents are observed with enough clarity to apportion blame the clerks do take action but as had been said before they cannot see everything and rely on reports from marshals to help maintain discipline on track.
