I also have a damaged multihole castor but I've also broken what might be described as the uni-ball part and not just the washer. Can you buy both parts as a repair kit? I also couldn't find it on Dartford Karting or KKC. Only the washer as per your link.
Hopefully they can be repaired as they're pretty expensive to have to replace.
