No sealer will risk losing their business and reputation by giving anyone especially someone in their own team a dodgy motor.
There is way too much traceability especially when you see the details of each build that are supplied to JAG on the build fische sheet.
Golden motors do occasionally appear but more of a freak than by design. A good motor is born not built. The only thing that can be done is built carefully and correctly.
Personally every motor gets the same attention no mater if it is for a complete newby or a podium contender at S1.
