Mag wheels were 'the thing to have' WAY back in the 1970s and I fell for it then. It does amaze me that people STILL fall for it. IN those days, the m,ain thing they did was LEAK as they were often cast 'porous'. Painting them internally with epoxy type paints cured it but...... what a FAFF!

The fun thing is to ask two people who believe that Mag Wheels are magic exactly WHAT the Mag wheels are doing: heating faster/slower? dissipating heat slower/faster? Absorbing the heat from the side walls faster/slower? etc..

What you'll get is are two COMPLETELY different explanations.... at least!
