Staying within the white lines is simple and makes sense (or what has to be inside), but why with this new set does it specifically mention which bit of a kerb you can use? Previously it states 'a driver will have judged to have left the track if no part of the car remains in contact with the track. ie you can keep two wheels inside the line and the other two off the circuit. Now it states: ' a driver will have left the track if any wheel of the car either goes beyond the outer edge of any kerb, or goes beyond the white lines where there is no kerb'. So I read this as now meaning if there is a kerb you can use the entire of the kerb regardless of where the white line is'.
