They tried at Forest edge and it just turned into a complete farce as kids were being black flagged and in some cases they were not guilty and then it kicked off between parents and officials, I think black flagging should only be for mechanical failures otherwise leave it to the COC who can hear both sides to the story rather then one marshal making an observation and have someone race/championship ruined.
