Cleaning Tyre Marks Off Side Pods

What's the best way or product for cleaning tyre marks off the side of our wright apollo. The stickers are in good condition and have a chrome finish but are marked with rubber. I've tried cif, t cut, petrol, nail varnish remover and pressed on very hard with a green pad but its not shifting. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
