OK thanks for replying Guys.

Have just found the Anderson website and a nice table of Dunlop tyre sizes which is a great help. I will give them a call.

Also found another thread on here where someone has noted who sells what tyres so I guess I now have a starting point of who to talk to.

The hardest bit of all seems to be how to get to the bottom of how the different makes compare to each other compound wise i.e. durometer rating. There must also be other things at play like sidewall/carcus design and I suppose trying them all from new will provide the ultimate comparison. A bit of an expensive exercise if I have to buy whole sets each time although I'm sure I've seen some retailers selling tyres separately.

Right I'll go have a hunt on FB and see what turns up but if anyone should happen to have any of the answers I'm looking for regarding durometer ratings etc please shout.

Forest edge is also a possibility if I dont have anything else on. Going to Thruxton (big circuit)to watch a couple of mates race bikes on Saturday too so I'll pop into the kart track there just in case anyone has experience in this field.
