i am not aware of any tracks that will let him run, but, have a look at HAVEL buggy, mad in Czech republic, have a full roll cage, adjustable seat and full harness,german crash tested at 30mph! and they have a diff, Honda engine, they are fantastic to start on, you can just let them go in a field, really get used to throttle control etc in full safety,a brilliant piece of kit
