Not sure I'd send a 4 year old out in a comer bambino because of forces on neck when he bins it (which he will at some point trust me) but the honda bambino engines are a lot slower than the comers. I don't think its beyond a competent and switched on 4 year old but I'd question their safety in a 35 - 0 mph inertia crash even with a cmr helmet on at that age. My other lad had a go in his brothers bambino at rissington last summer and I learned 2 things. Firstly you can get 18" of air under a bambino if you hit the kerbs at the dog leg at the correct angle and secondly a woman can hold her breath and scream at her other half at the same time. Just sayin
