I love the way you note this as though it's a surprise!

Your view is interesting BUT..... no one denies that SOME people are imprisoned, wrongly. No one denies that it WILL happen again, no matter what precautions we take (That's exactly like wrongly punished karters). Does that mean we shouldn't imprison ANY 'criminals', just in case a mistake is made ...?

I know the answer to that.....

We just HAVE to apply the same concept to karting.... even IF Admiral Byng got he rough end of pineapple.

Take all the measures possible to protect the innocent? YES! Stop all punishments for fear that we MIGHT get it wrong sometimes? NO!
