Freeline rims vs Topkart rims

The mustard topkart comer rims are NOT magnesium! Magnesium rims are not allowed in cadet class.
I think that the mustard freeline rims are magnesium and not allowed, though I have seen them being used at both super 1 and club karting. Though how a scrutineer is going to check this I have no idea, So I suppose the real question is are Freeline mag wheels better than topkart rims?
