If it is so difficult for the scrutineer to see that freeline rims are being used (assuming they really are magnesium and not allowed)then how are yopu able to see that they are used in S1 and Club meetings?

If you notice that someone is running with rims that are not allowed then why not let the scrutineer know so that they can check and exclude the driver - that will stop their use.
