This driver did back off and did his overtaking at the first corner at no point did he go in front when squeezed out transponder evidence proved this after appealing but he had to lay down £220 to prove this.
Now my point is this not everyone carries £220 in cash to appeal at every race meeting they do not take card payments or cheques and you have 30 minutes to appeal. Marshals head on view was the only evidence, which would of meant driver having his license suspended for three months by an incorrect decision.
laying down £220 kept his license he has not murdered anyone just gone over white lines but did the correct manoeuvres .
