Agreed. Hard to blame the driver in P3 for that incident as he was well alongside before p2 turned in but also hard to blame p2 as they were unsighted. Tough one to call but I suppose the clerk saw it as the responsibility of the overtaking kart to complete the pass safely so had to penalise p3.
