I like to deal in facts based on what actually happened and confirmed by the video evidence,rather than conjecture on what might have happened.

It is plain and simple P3 got it wrong, made a mistake and the end result was P1 and P2 lost out big time. Who knows if P2 was likely to have made contact with P1?

To the best of my knowledge, only one driver, P3 was penalised, and that was the correct decision in my considered opinion.
