Firstly, do nothing, other then letting him get out there and having some fun, sooner or later he'll start chasing the quicker drivers. If you really feel you're getting lost have a chat with Lee and remember a smile, enthusiasm and the offer of a pint will often get better results than a fat cheque book. Mainly relax and enjoy it.
