Let's clear one thing. I have not alleged that someone else has cheated just because they have not been excluded. To reiterate, this process will be a mockery if only those that have been excluded through using illegal engines is where it stops. The offer has been given by Talko to inspect all engines foc should the owner have any doubt. There are those that have taken up this offer and there are those that have not. Whether you have used the builder in question or not, this is an unofficial license to get your engines declared clean and fit for use in light of this scandal.It was implemented to speed up the process of elimination on illegal engines. Those that have not used this service will only drag out the process until they are inspected and they will be eventually. If it is known that someone has used an engine that has since been declared illegal then is it not in their best interest to show evidence of dates of any rebuilds or servicing for their own benefit and peace of mind?
