this is one of the reasons the flag was outlawed in car racing. its a great flag in theory but opens itself up for abuse by drivers, some slow down to rolling speed and don't catch up the train, some slow down through the yellow flag areas and then speed up to catch the train out of the incident zone and some just don't slow down at all!!!

it brings up a can of worms debate on obeying flags in general. lets face it how many kids do you actually slowing down and preparing to stop when a waved yellow comes out!?
