I suppose if you want to criticise something you first need to give it a definition, even if that definition is something that you've made up. IKR just means non-msa, which is a very broad term. If you wish to criticise IKR as you perceive it then you're better off going after a particular series rather than an entire concept. 'It' can't claim or promise anything as 'it' doesn't exist anywhere other than in our imaginations.

I could start an IKR series tomorrow that has Ł1million entry fees. I certainly couldn't claim it to be cheaper than MSA but it would still be IKR.
