Unless you are going to use the van for anything else daily, the trailer is always the best option as it doesnt need tax'ing mot'ing or insuring. Our trailer was originally designed for 2 karts, custom made one in side (open sided) with about an inch of clearnce above it, and another kart on top. So we just put the kart on top and everything we need inside it. All other gubbins go in the tow vehicle if needed. Also we haven't got any backlights on the trailer, we have a detachable light board, so after each meeting we take the light board and store the trailer on its end. So it takes up about 2/3 by 4/5 foot which isn't a lot. The draw bar sticks out a bit but beggars can't be choosers. Also its low enough to double up as a work bench when the karts on the trolley under the gazeebo :)

hope this helps, Thomas..................
