On width the max width with wheels / tyres on is 1400mm, some put wets on as they are narrower to fit in a van, or I have seen wheel discs - a disc bolted onto the hub to roll into a tight space. I don't have the length dim, but all nose cones clip off easy, so it's rear bumper to front nose rail.

If you are transporting in a car - drain fule out of carb by running the engine until it runs out - with the fuel pipe off. Also drain out the fuel from the tank - all very smelly if you don't and you have it in a car.
