Yes, the novice who won the Junior Blue was disqualified for being a few mm's to narrow on the rear track and hence his tyre was inside the side pod. Hence my point about mm's and discretion possibilities.

He drove brilliantly, in the damp conditions, made the right tyre choice, didn't make a mistake and was well on the pace. His name was Mitch Mcleod and will be winning plenty more races I am sure. Nice lad and big enough to come to the prize giving afterwards.
