I am not pretending to be anyone.

If you are so anti MSA why do you take part? And you say you know why you THINK this lad was punished. But do you actually know why he was?

It is all very well saying that there needs to be a sliding scale of penalties, but the simple fact is if you don't break the rules you will not have to worry about the judicial process.

There will always be 2 sides to what happened on circuit. And a clerk will, 99% of the time, annoy someone with their decision because people don't like being penalised.

Regardless of the route you take, be it IKR or MSA, there will always be mistakes. Clerks are only human, and quite often under time pressure or the pressure of 101 different people behaving in a manner that is not good. At least with the MSA route you have the chance to appeal.
