Chance to appeal, what at those costs?

They know damn well that most people can't afford to lose that kind of money and you get told you won't win anyway before you even put the money down.

Who can forget the atrocious trousering of money when the licences were delayed, they never gave that money back. If they had a rolling renewal, the problem wouldn't have arisen.

My information comes first hand by the way, I don't think yours does, otherwise you would have known what judicial process was in operation.

There's some wonderful clerks and scrutineers who apply their accumulated wisdom of years. I've sat with a steward and advised on punishment, wrong I know but the outcome was fairer.
