Ok Alan,

We get it. You don't like the MSA way of doing things. But you continue to sign on and agree to abide by those rules.

If you are strong in your beliefs put the money down. If you are right you won't lose anything.

My information is certainly first hand. I just didn't ask the question of which judicial process was in operation.

I have been a clerk for many years. I have made mistakes, and I have made decisions that some people disagree with because they will not believe they can ever be wrong, but either way I understand no system is perfect and you will never please everyone.

Yes. Some times the one punishment fits all system is not proportionate, but at least there is consistency. Looking at fairness, if you break a rule you deserve a penalty. So don't break the rules and you won't be penalised.
